ABL is a member of the Peninsula Remodelors Council, which is affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelors Council. As a member of the PRC we adhere to the following code of ethics:
Code of Ethics
All PRC Members are pledged to:
- Serve the best interests of their customers.
- Accurately and honestly describe the price, materials, and quality workmanship used in their jobs.
- Use only materials equal to or better than the quality of those specified in the contract.
- Start the construction process as soon as feasible upon award of contract and proceed diligently to completion of the project without unnecessary delays.
- Conduct their business operations in a manner that will reflect credit upon the remodeling industry in general and the Council in particular.
- Issue a warranty covering materials and workmanship for a one (1) year period after completion of the work, with the exception of damage caused by normal shrinkage wear and tear, abuse or acts of God.
